Above Ground Burial

The practice of above-ground burial dates back to the interment of Jesus in Joseph of Arimathea's tomb. The Catholic Cemeteries Association provides various options for above-ground interment in a setting that allows you and your loved ones to be remembered for years to come.

Community Mausoleums

If you're considering above-ground burial, community mausoleums provide a great option that’s accessible to everyone. With a variety of mausoleums to choose from, you can find the one that best fits your personal preferences. These mausoleums offer a range of options for both interior and exterior entombment. You can choose from single crypts that hold one casket or companion crypts that can hold two caskets. The companion crypts come in three different layouts: side-by-side, tandem, and couch. It's important to note that burial vaults are not required.
